| Jessica McIntosh
Executive Director | Director Advisory Services
Jessica McIntosh serves as Executive Director of Director Advisory Services (“DAS”) at JPMorgan Chase, where she is a trusted advisor to board directors and senior executives navigating the evolving landscape of corporate governance, board composition, and stakeholder engagement. With almost 25 years of experience at JPMorgan Chase, Jessica has built enduring relationships with high-profile stakeholders and has been instrumental in shaping the firm’s approach to board talent and advisory services.
Jessica began her career in recruiting and staffing before joining JPMorgan Chase in 2002. She has since held a series of strategic business development, client service, and chief of staff roles, including over a decade in the Office of the Vice Chairman. In this capacity, she was the Vice Chairman’s right hand, managing key initiatives and supporting significant client relationships across the firm.
Since DAS was established in 2016 by CEO Jamie Dimon, Jessica has played a pivotal role in designing and scaling the platform’s technology, marketing, and operational strategies. Under her leadership, DAS has grown from concept to a fully-formed platform, advising and supporting more than 2,200 companies and cultivating a robust, diverse candidate network of nearly 10,000 executives—including hundreds of Lead Directors, Nom/Gov Chairs, CEOs, and board members. Jessica is recognized for her ability to foster followership among board-ready executives, external partners, and clients, and for her deep understanding of what boards need and value in today’s environment.
Beyond her professional responsibilities, Jessica is committed to community service. She serves on the board of the Jimmy Lee Scholars Fund—Archdiocese of New York, an endowment honoring the late Jimmy Lee, former Vice Chairman of JPMorganChase. She also sits on the board of the School of Languages, Cultures, and World Affairs at the College of Charleston and the Alliance for Full Acceptance (“AFFA”), a nonprofit dedicated to advancing awareness, protections, and equality for all through partnerships with community leaders, legislators, and business leaders.
Jessica holds a B.A. from the College of Charleston in Charleston, SC. She and her husband, Tim, reside in Charleston and are proud parents to five children and a Goldendoodle, Teddy Roosevelt.
