| Established in 2016 by Jamie Dimon as a “matchmaking service” for directors and boards, DAS has evolved into both a trusted advisor and sought-after center of excellence, offering director convening, governance content and advisory services.

for networking, case studies and content from notable governance experts, business leaders and economists, to explore some of the most challenging issues facing businesses today.
Bringing together
| ~20-40 corporate directors
to network and share best practices, these dinners are hosted by either a member of our Operating Committee or a Director of JPMorgan Chase in varying regional markets, as well as select international cities.

| Jessica Mcintosh
Executive Director | Director Advisory Services
A tenured and trusted advisor, Jessica McIntosh has spent over 20 years at J.P. Morgan building relationships with high profile stakeholders. She began her career in recruiting and staffing roles before joining J.P. Morgan where she has held a series of strategic business development, client service and chief of staff roles including in the Office of the Vice Chairman.
Jessica currently serves as Executive Director of Director Advisory Services, a corporate networking function formed in 2016 to support JPMC clients related to board matters. She has played an instrumental role designing the talent, technology and marketing strategi es of the function, helping grow from concept to a fully formed platform which has advised and supported over 1,600 companies while developing a rob ust and diverse candidate network of ~7,000 people.
Jessica serves on the board of the Jimmy Lee Scholars Fund Archdiocese of New York, an endowment established in honor of the late Jimmy Lee, former Vice Chairman of JPMorgan Chase & Co. Through the Inner City Scholarship Fund, the organization works to help cover tuition for eligible low income students to attend Catholic high schools within the Archdiocese of New York.
Jessica graduated with a B.A. from the College of Charleston in Charleston, SC. She and her husband Tim reside in Charleston and are proud parents to five children and a Goldendoodle , Teddy Roosevelt.
