Maurice Brewster

Founder & CEO

As Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Mosaic Global Transportation, Maurice Brewster is responsible for Mosaic Global’s strategy for growth, public relations, profitability and the vision for the brand. Most recently, Maurice launched a Diversity Equity & Inclusion initiative for his organization. Mosaic Global Transportation was founded in January 2002 and remains a leader in the ground transportation industry. Brewster brings to Mosaic Global more than forty five years of experience in business management, sales and brand management for some of the largest companies of the world. His broad executive management experience has spanned the chemistry, engineering, telecommunications, transportation, and marketing industries – targeting customers in mature and emerging markets. Brewster also volunteers his time and talents as a Mentor for Silicon Valley SCORE, African American Shakespeare Company, Greater California Livery Association, Minority Limousine Operators of America and Students Rising Above.
“Mo”, as he is known, holds a Business Degree from Lincoln University with advanced studies in Entrepreneurship from UCLA Anderson School of Management and Stanford University Executive Education for Entrepreneurs. Mo is married to Rhonda Brewster and they have 5 brilliant & wonderful children.

With over two decades of EY experience in strategic marketing and brand-building, Nit leads Americas Markets communications and enablement activities for the EY go-to-market function. She is responsible for developing and implementing strategies that empower 72,000+ people across the Americas to deliver exceptional client service while building a better working world.

In addition to being a trusted communications advisor, Nit is also the Director and co-founding architect of the EY Entrepreneurs Access Network (EAN)–an executive business accelerator program helping Black-and Latino-led companies transcend barriers to scale their business. In the past 3.5 years, EAN has helped almost 300 CEOs and founders obtain more than 11,000 mentoring hours, connect with $53m in funding, and receive proposal support for over $600m in new contracts and services.

As the granddaughter of the first Black business owner on Main Street in Greenville, SC, Nit is passionate about helping diverse-owned companies succeed and drive change within communities. As a former entrepreneur and president of a boutique marketing firm, she is all too familiar with the common challenges encounteredby minority business owners.

A graduate of Pratt Institute and a lifelong creative, Nit values the cultural and educational enrichment and positive impact of the arts. She shares her talents and financial support with several organizations addressing the arts, mentoring, and community development.

Nit encourages change-making through big thinking and inspiring others to do the same to help achieve equity for all.

Jeffrey G. Park

Vice President, Business Leader | Northern California and Nevada

Jeff Park, DBIA, is the Vice President and Northern California Business Unit Leader for Gilbane Building Company, one of the longest standing privately owned GCs in America. Jeff oversees the business and overall operations in Gilbane’s two northern California offices (San Jose and Sacramento) and office in Nevada (Reno). Originally hailing from Ohio and with the last 23 years out West, Jeff has been a pivotal part of Gilbane’s growth in Northern California and Nevada, starting in Reno and moving to California after that. He has amassed an impressive roster of clients due to his disciplined work ethic and a passion for teamwork and design-phase collaboration, serving industries that include corporate, industrial, education, public administration, and advanced electronics. Jeff’s team first mentality shows through in the diverse hiring strategy Gilbane has employed in the region. He firmly believes that multi-faceted viewpoints and perspective will make for a balanced, higher performing team and encourages this approach in fostering Employee Resource Groups devoted to different backgrounds and ethnicities within Gilbane Building Company and in the teams’ involvement in community non-profits and industry organizations that support a diverse mission. Examples of groups the Gilbane team is involved with include The Western Regional Minority Supplier Development Council and Asian Americans for Community Involvement (AACI).

As the Vice President of S+B James Construction, a full-service design-build contractor, I oversee the successful delivery of complex and diverse projects across various sectors and regions. I have over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, and I hold a DBIA certification from the Design-Build Institute of America, which demonstrates my proficiency and commitment to the best practices of design-build.

My core competencies include value engineering, subcontracting, pre-construction, and contract negotiation, which enable me to optimize the quality, cost, and schedule of each project. I also have a strong background in project management, having taught as an adjunct professor at California State University-Sacramento since 2015. My mission is to lead with excellence and efficiency, and to foster a culture of collaboration and innovation among my team and partners.
