Assigning a New File Format to a User

A user must be assigned to a file format in advance. From the Issue File Format Maintenance page:

  1. Click Assign to User. Alternatively, you can move your cursor over the Recon Input tab and choose Assign User to File Format.
  2. To assign file formats to a user, select User ID from the drop-down list.

The User File Format page will show all available formats. You will have access to all formats that are checked.

3. Check or uncheck the file formats to which you wish to grant or deny authority.
4. Click Submit at the bottom of the page.

The Assign User to File Format page will display a message that says, “File format entitlements updated successfully.”
