Loan(s) can be viewed on First Republic online and/or mobile app.

If you have loan(s) or line of credit account(s) with First Republic, those accounts remain with First Republic now part of JPMorgan Chase. Later this year, we will transfer remaining loans to JPMorgan Chase, or help you transition to a similar JPMorgan Chase loan. Please keep an eye out for future communications, as we will keep you informed of upcoming changes.

  • Your automatic payments will continue.
  • If you receive loan or account statements, they will continue to come from First Republic now part of JPMorgan Chase.
  • If you accessed your account through First Republic Banking Online and/or Corporate Online profile, we will continue to update balances and transaction information until your account transitions.
  • Call us at (888) 408-0288 for any servicing requests as you won’t be able to make payments or draw on your line of credit via First Republic online banking or mobile apps.

Here’s help for getting started!

To help you navigate your new banking platform, J.P. Morgan Access® or Chase Connect®, we’ve created the J.P. Morgan Access® Quick Start Tip Sheet and our Chase Connect® Go-To Guides for Connect to help with everything from how to entitle users to initiating payments and much more.

Plus, you can join a webinar to learn about Access or Connect. We cover topics including how to make payments, view account activity, controls, security features and more. Choose a session from the list below.

Having trouble logging in?

If you’re having trouble logging in or have a question, you can work with your Security/System Administrator (SA) to troubleshoot. If you’re an SA and are having trouble, contact our Integration Support team to assist with your credentials.

If you need help resetting your password, you can follow the steps on the log-in screen for your platform and use the credential information we’ve sent to your email. If you can’t find them, our integration support team will be happy to help.

Key reminders

  • If you've opened a self-directed Money Market Fund (MMF), please ensure you’re taking the necessary actions to place purchases and make redemptions. Your Security Administrator (SA) must log into Access and entitle two users on the Liquidity Portal: one to initiate a MMF trade and the second to approve and release the trade. Once your entitlements are set up, you’ll be able to initiate a trade. For more information, visit our Direct Invest MMF page. For questions related to Liquidity Portal entitlements, please contact your banker.
  • If you haven’t already, enroll in fraud protection services, entitle your users and activate your alerts on your new online banking platform to ensure your accounts are protected. Step-by-step instructions are available to guide you:

    J.P. Morgan Access®:
    ACH Transaction Block
    Check Positive Pay

    Chase Connect®:
Check Fraud Protection Services and ACH Debit Block
  • For accounts opened since February 6, SAs will need to complete all set up tasks to ensure you can transact on your accounts. This includes activating and entitling user accounts and enrolling in necessary functions on your respective digital banking platform(s).
  • If you haven’t logged in to your new platform and completed your setup requirements, you will not be able to access your accounts on your new JPMorgan Chase platform until these steps are complete.
  • Be sure that you’ve completed any forms or other documentation we asked you to sign.
