Voice Ordering

You will, or already may have, received a package containing your new Voice Response Unit (VRU) Order Guide, VRU ordering codes and a Vault Product guide containing instructions on how to use the JPMorgan Chase telephone VRU ordering system. If you have not received these critical materials, please contact us to request the information. Without them, you won’t be able to use the VRU system to place orders.

Ordering Freeze

At JPMorgan Chase, we differentiate each of your cash vault pickup locations by assigning a unique location identifier (ULID). This provides deeper insight into your deposit analytics and helps us identify your deposits in our cash vault processing system. This information also allows you to view reporting and reconcile based on each location. The ULID also will be reflected on the numbers (MICR Line) on the bottom of the deposit ticket.

If you have only one account number for multiple cash vault pickup locations, please choose an ULID for each of your locations. Typically, clients assign either a store number or digits from the location address as the ULID.

Lockbox Services

As of May 24, J.P. Morgan will replace your current lockbox. This means you should have received a new lockbox address by May 1. All mail have been automatically forward from your existing lockbox for 90 calendar days, starting May 24.

It’s important that you begin assessing potential impact to your company, such as remittance address changes to billing statements, websites, automated phone systems, etc. Your internal technology or print resources can help you make these updates as needed.

Your lockbox location may also change. This chart shows how First Republic lockboxes have migrate.
