Prior to integration, we sent you login credentials along with other details you need to get started. You’ll have access to a wide range of resources, including self-service tools, support information and training options.

Our Client Integration team offers training webinars that are an excellent first step to learn more about our Access features. These one-hour sessions are available on weekdays and offer a general overview of the platform and will be available to you throughout the integration period. To participate and schedule a session, please email our scheduling team with the following information:

Once you have completed one of the above trainings, you can join our Access webinars, where you can learn more about specific Access features and functions. Our most popular features will be highlighted during these group sessions: Access Manager, Payments (including Positive Pay) and Receivables.

Once you receive your log in information, you can explore the Access Help Center which provides valuable insight into the platform and can help get you ready to use the platform. Additionally, our Virtual Assistant can help you navigate the platform and answer basic questions.

Remember, it’s critical that you log in today and complete all your preparation activities. Please refer to the emails we’ve sent you with detailed instructions.

On our home page, we’ve listed a series of webinar sessions that are a critical step in preparing for migration. We’ll cover topics including how to make payments, view account activity, controls, security features and more. In addition, we’ll share info about how to register for special sessions devoted to specific features and functions on your platforms. Our most popular features will be highlighted during these group sessions: Access Manager, Payments (including Positive Pay) and Receivables.

Important information

As you prepare for integration to J.P. Morgan Access® please be aware of specific tasks related to payment templates and user entitlements.

  • Check Issuance File format: Once your accounts integrate with JPMorgan Chase, you’ll need to recreate your issue upload file formats within Access.
  • FX wires templates: You can now set up templates for your payments.
  • View only mode: SAs will need to manually entitle users with this capability once they receive log-in credentials. You can find steps on how to do this in the Access Help Center, along with other tips to help familiarize yourself with the platform.

Chase Connect®

We’re excited to introduce you to our Chase Connect® platform for online banking. To help you hit the ground running, we’re sending your current System Administrators (in Corporate Online) early access to Connect. Security Administrators will be able to explore key product features and entitle users. You’ll only receive activation emails if we have received entitlement instructions for a minimum one security administrator.

Our Go-to guides provide valuable insight into your new banking platform. Our Client Integration team offers training webinars that will help you learn more about our Connect features. These sessions are available on weekdays and offer a general overview of the platform. To participate and schedule a session, check out our Attend a webinar section.
