LaSandra Hunt is a Executive Director, Commercial Banker and our firms first Global Supplier Diversity Ambassador helping clients navigate our supply chain. A 17 year veteran with J.P.Morgan Chase, based in San Francisco, CA, serving privately held companies headquartered in Northern California with annual revenues $20 Million+. LaSandra unites the most relevant experts in the firm to help her clients realize their goals. LaSandra’s drive to deeply understand her clients key priorities and initiatives enables her to provide high-value market & industry insights, connections and resources to the customers she serves. Through her expertise, and vast network internally and externally, LaSandra aims to be the most valuable financial resource for clients.

LaSandra leverages the power of the firms technology to improve clients workflow processes and system integration in order to drive operational efficiency. She works closely with our credit and financing teams, including Asset Based Lending, to deliver the best solutions to help our clients’ growth. A proven expert in leveraging expertise from across the firm, LaSandra delivers the full power of the bank socializing brands and facilitating introductions with the firm’s Investment Bank, Venture Group, Financial Sponsors, and industry experts. LaSandra has a passion for companies with environmental, social and governance processes and decision-making.

Previously, she was Women on The Move Site Lead, Communication Chair for Black Organizational Leadership Development, and past co-Chair for our Volunteer Leadership Group, driving volunteerism in the communities where she lives and works.

Today, LaSandra sits on the board of Main Street Launch a Bay Area, a CDFI working to create economic opportunities by empowering entrepreneurs, WBEC-Pacific a Women Business Enterprise Council and Western Region Minority Supplier Diversity Council supporting women and diverse business owners with in-depth expertise guiding finances and demystifying how to do business with J.P. Morgan Chase. LaSandra is our Northern California lead for our Women, Minority, Veteran Owned Business Diverse Business Practice championing our firms commitment to service diverse enterprises.

A native of the San Francisco-Bay Area, LaSandra earned her Bachelors degree from Golden Gate University. She lives in Oakland with husband Chef Josip Martinovic, French Bulldog named Avalanche. Together, they have two college graduates. She enjoys traveling, learning new languages, and conversational in Tagalog and Hervatki (Croatian).
